Building Sponsorships (Exclusive - Cost Varies)

Building sponsorships are available throughout the park and provide organizations and businesses with an opportunity to help the Fair Association maintain the property throughout the year.  Sponsorship values are assessed on an individual basis, given repair and upkeep estimates.  A recommended sponsorship of $1,500 annually is estimated for general maintenance.  This amount can be provided in the form of cash, product or labor donations.  However, some buildings may be in a lesser condition than others.  The purpose of this sponsorship is to allow businesses and organizations to be a part of the future growth and upkeep of the park.  Since each building has different needs, the sponsorship level is adjusted accordingly.  The sponsorship is exclusive and the sponsor will have first chance at continuing the sponsorship in the future as so long as the Rosholt Fair Association and the sponsor agree.  The Association may cease building sponsorships at any time, at which time the estimated donation value will be pro-rated in terms of future premiums and recognition.  Annual sponsors may stop sponsorship at any time.

Estimated Sponsorship: $4,000/year

12-year Sponsorship: $40,000 one time gift
