The Rosholt Fair Association is officially seeking bids for
the following project(s):
Request For Bids - Rosholt Fair Association - Youth Exhibit Building West Roof
The Rosholt Fair Association is seeking bids to replace the roof on west side of Youth Exhibit Building, add windows and siding.
Bids are due November 2, 2009 and will be reviewed and awarded November 3.
Bids should meet the following:
(1) Installation of 10 - 3'6" x 3'6" widows - single pane vinyl with grills to match lower windows
(2) Trim windows to match trim on lower level
(3) Replace trusses on balance of lower roof, 3/4" plywood, and painted metal, all screwed on entire west side lower roof
(4) Flash roof to prevent any leaks
(5) Red metal on west window sidewall between upper and lower roof, white metal corner trim
(6) All metal to have 9" centers on ribs
