RENTALS AND FEES
Fair Grounds Fee Schedule
Community Hall only: $300.00
One building & inside/outside toilets $200.00
Lower Beer Stand, Food stand and the stage are considered one
building $200.00
Community Hall, toilets and other buildings at TOP of hill
$275.00
Entire Park $650.00
If a night time event is planned additional outside lighting
will be turned on (Tables and benches may be used as desired)
A fully refundable $150.00 advance deposit is REQUIRED to ensure
the premises are in order following your event. Renters are
responsible for garbage removal and cleanup.
Please note that the water system is not operational till late
May or early June, depending on weather conditions, and shut off
in late September and all lines drained.
Winter storage is also available. The Association is
working on redoing contracts and policies. Forms will be
available online shortly.
