By entering the fairgrounds you agree to the following:

Pictures and audio/video recordings may be taken and displayed in print, radio, television, web sites as well as other possible other mediums. You agree, by entering the fairgrounds both during fair events and non-fair events, that your likeness can be used for marketing purposes by the Rosholt Fair Association without compensation.
